At the heart of the Repubblica delle Foreste, the project aims to transform the “Tortello di Pieve Santo Stefano” from a traditional dish into a distinctive culinary symbol. The DOP (Protected Designation of Origin) trademark registration will not only safeguard its unique recipe but will open new prospects for the local community. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This commitment to enhancing the Tortello encompasses trademark registration, promotion and commercialisation in new contexts, generating economic opportunities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The setting up of a workshop with a professional kitchen, year-round production and active promotion all aim to establish the Tortello as a recognised product distributed beyond the municipality of Pieve Santo Stefano, stimulating the economic growth of the territory. In short, the project not only seeks to preserve a culinary tradition but aspires to make the Tortello di Pieve Santo Stefano a symbol of local identity, contributing to the economic development of the community and to the promotion of the Repubblica delle Foreste. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
